Christopher Towner

With nearly 3 decades of international business and captive management experience, Chris and his companies specialize in providing bespoke accounting and insurance advisory services to individual and corporate entities.  He was actively involved with Prudential's Assignment Company in Barbados and works closely with Havelet and its business partners to best position the firm and its clients through complex tax and investment climates.  


Alice Austin

Alice has been providing management services to multi-national clients throughout a variety of industries including insurance, investment and attorney fee deferral.  Alice has held various CFO, Financial Controller, Management Accountant, Internal Audit and Financial Analyst positions in England and Barbados.  She is a chartered member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.  

 


Havelet Services Guernsey


("HSG") provides administrative, marketing and other support services to Havelet Assignment Company Limited ("HAC") in Barbados.  Please note that the two companies are entirely distinct and HSG has no authority to enter into contracts on HAC’s behalf. Only the directors of HAC may enter into and conclude binding contracts for HAC. 




Lynne Martel

Lynne is a financial services executive who is responsible for Havelet's strategic initiatives.  She has held several leadership roles before becoming involved with Havelet including:

  • Head, US Private Bank Asset Management Sales, Citigroup Asset Management
  • Head, US Institutional Sales, Legg Mason
  • Director, EMEA Barings Private Client Group

Lynne holds an economics and art history degree from Mount Holyoke College and participated in the Harvard Executive MBA program.  


Matthew Harrison

Matthew is a non-practicing solicitor and has been providing multi-jurisdictional tax planning services to boutique tax firms, niche law firms and their clients.  His areas of expertice include:

  • tax deferral strategies
  • remuneration planning
  • inheritance tax planning
  • registered and unregistered pension schemes.
Matthew holds a degrees from The University of Essex and the College of Law in York.  


Caroline Wetherall 

Caroline is a non-practicing solicitor and has been a tax associate in London and Belfast.  She is currently completing her graduate work in international business taxation.
