Organizations cannot always avoid disasters, but with careful planning the effects of a disaster can be minimized. The objective of Havelet’s disaster recovery plan is to minimize downtime and data loss. Our plan minimizes the disruption of operations and ensures that some level of organizational stability and an orderly recovery after a disaster will prevail.
In addition to undertaking numerous and ongoing checks and procedures to ensure IT security, Havelet relies on an array of virtual servers and, in respect of data communications, a network of direct dial and ADSL telephone lines. Client data is stored across numerous disk array units within RAIDs technology providing continuous processing and storage in the event of failure.
Most importantly, our plan is predicated on same day restoration of essential business and client services.
