Investments

The attorney's fee or claimant's settlement award will be invested by Havelet in one of several investment portfolios designed by leading global investment firms. The client will select the most appropriate portfolio for their circumstances, be it a fixed or variable investment.  

These variable, or market rate portfolios,  run the spectrum of risk and range from conservative, traditional strategies to more aggressive alternative arrangements. Monthly statements and on line view only access is available to monitor the portfolio's progress.

All investments are managed by world class portfolio managers and assets are held at these institutions in a segregated client account, which provides added client protection and security.
